1. Peel the apple,
peach and tomato.
2. Mash by hand or use a blender.
3. Place all ingredients in a saucepan and heat on medium, watching carefully.
4. Stir constantly until the mask reaches a creamy consistency; do not boil.
5. Allow to cool.
6. Apply to skin and leave on for half an hour.
7. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
Skin Smoothing Mask -
Tropical Blend Mask
Ingredients
needed: a banana, a ripe avocado, some cucumber, plain yogurt, and olive oil
You'll
need 1/2 of the banana, 1/2 of the avocado, a tablespoon each of chopped
cucumber, yogurt, and olive oil.
Tip!
The leftover ingredients here combine to make a great smoothie you can enjoy
while the mask is doing its work.
1. Place the mask
ingredients in a blender and process.
2. Apply to skin in a thick layer and leave on for half an hour.
3. Rinse with warm water, then follow with an invigorating splash of cold
water.
