Propel fitness water is available in
bottles and in ready-to-mix powder packets. The ready-to-drink variety is

and blueberry-pomegranate. The powder packets are designed to mixed with
plain
bottled water and are available in eight flavors. They are lemon, grape,
raspberry-lemonade, kiwi-strawberry, berry, cherry-lime, citrus punch and

Propel bottled water is available in
20-ounce bottles, which contain 2.5 eight-ounce servings per bottle. Each
serving has 10 calories, 75mg of sodium, g of carbohydrates, 2g of sugar, 20mg
of potassium and 50mg of phosphorus. Each 0.2 ounce powder packet has 20
calories, 50mg of sodium, 4g of carbohydrates and 4g of sugar.
Ingredients
Propel fitness water is made with water,
sugar and citric acid. It also contains sodium hexametophosphate and calcium
disodium EDTA to protect the water's flavoring. Potassium sorbate preserves the
freshness of the water and helps extend its shelf life. Other ingredients
include sodium citrate, acesulfame potassium and sucralose. Sucralose, also
known as Splenda, is used to sweeten Propel fitness water and is reported to be
600 times sweeter than table sugar.
Vitamin Enhancement of Bottled Propel
According to Pepsico, each bottle of
Propel fitness water is enhanced with 30 percent of the daily value of vitamin
C and 25 percent vitamin E, vitamins that help replenish the body. It also has
60 percent vitamin B6 to help energize the body. Other vitamins used as an
enhancement include 60 percent niacin, also known as vitamin B3, and 60 percent
vitamin B5, or pantothenic acid.

Propel fitness water powder packets
contain 20 percent vitamin C and 50 percent vitamin B6. As a bonus, the
lemonade, citrus punch and cherry-lime flavored powder packets contain 20
percent vitamin E and 10 percent of the daily value of calcium. The powder is
also enhanced with 50 percent vitamin B5 and 50 percent vitamin B3.
